Cameroon: FCFA 3,746,6 Billion For 2015

According to the government, the 2015 budget has been prepared with the assumption of a growth rate in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) estimated at 6.3%  and an inflation rate of 3% content. It is balanced in revenue and expenditure at $ 3 746.6 billion CFA francs against FCFA 3312 billion in 2014, an increase of FCFA 434.6 billion in value, 13.12% in absolute and relative terms. The budget was adopted by the Cameroonian parliament last weekend.

Australia Now Has A Consulate In Cameroon

Dr Diane Acha Morfaw is the pioneer Honorary Consul

Bilateral relations between Cameroon and Australia have witnessed a leap forward with the creation of the Australian Honorary Consulate in the capital, Yaounde with Dr Diane Acha Morfaw appointed and officially commissioned the pioneer Consul. “The opening of the Honorary Consulate and the appointment of the Consul is a vital step in the development of our relations with Cameroon, Australia’s High Commissioner to Cameroon, Jonathan Richardson said.
He further specified that, ” It reflects a strong growth to our relations, not only in the political sphere where we are members of many international organizations, but more especially in the economic sphere where Australian companies in the past years are looking to invest in Cameroon in the mining and petroleum sectors.”

 Kelly Rowland's mother, Doris Rowland Garrison passed away yesterday December 2nd just weeks after the singer welcomed her first child, Titan. Ms Doris had reportedly been battling a long ailment. Kelly hasn't mentioned anything about her mother's passing on social media but friends and family members have been sending condolence messages to her on Twitter. May her soul rest in peace, amen.
