Ralph Lauren is the world`s richest designer with an estimated worth of about $7billion. He celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with his wife Anne Loew-Beer yesterday. Ralph married Anne on Dec. 20th fifty years ago, just six months after meeting her in an eye doctor's office where she was working as a receptionist. The couple have three children. Happy anniversary to them.
